Slavery: A Global Investigation
An excellent UK documentary shows how there are more slaves today in Africa growing chocolate than were ever imported to the USA. Most of these slaves are children. 50% of all chocolate is grown by child slave labor.
The only chocolate or chocolate flavorings or cocoa that you can be sure are free of the taint of slave labor is Fairtrade or Organic Chocolate or Cocoa.

The video also shows how 300,000 children are kept in slavery in parts of Asia making those beautiful rugs. The only rugs you can be sure are free of slave labor have what is called a "rug mark logo".
And it even shows real slaves kept hidden in wealthy homes in Washington DC!
